BANK OF INDIA - Updates on Bond Issue under MTN Programme

With reference to the earlier letter dated April 28, 2015 regarding Bond Issue under MTN Programme, Bank of India has now informed BSE that Bank of India is opening its Bond issue under MTN programme in overseas market. The size of issue is USD 750 Million instead of "USD 70 million" as informed earlier and Bonds will be issued with tenor of 5 years.
