With reference to the earlier letter dated June 26, 2014 wherein the Bank had informed as under:<BR><BR>Mr. Premchandra Amolakchand Sethi, has been elected as a Director from amongst the shareholders (other than Central Govt) under Section 9(3)(i) of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act 1970. The term of office of Mr. Sethi will be for a period of three years effective June 27, 2014. This is subject to the outcome of Writ Petition No (L) 1665 of 2014 pending before the Bombay High Court.<BR><BR>Bank of Maharashtra has now informed BSE that Honble Bombay High Court has disposed off the said Writ Petition on November 26, 2014, without any relief to the petitioner.
