Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors will be held on August 02, 2014, inter alia, to consider and to take on record the un-audited (reviewed) Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading Window will remain closed for the Directors and Designated employees of the Bank from July 24, 2014 to August 04, 2014 and will reopen on August 05, 2014, In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)ReguIations1992, suitable notice of the Closure of Trading Window has been given to Directors and designated employees.
