Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 14, 2015, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To consider the audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter /year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To recommend dividend, if any, for the FY 2014-15.<BR><BR>The Trading Window will remain closed for the Directors and Designated employees of the Bank from May 06, 2015 to May 15, 2015 and will reopen on May 18, 2015. In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, suitable notice of the Closure of Trading Window has been given to Directors and designated employees.
