With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Board meeting to be held on May 13, 2014, Bank of Maharashtra has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank in its meeting to be held on May 13, 2014, may also consider the matter of raising equity capital by way of Preferential Issue of equity shares to LIC of India.
