Mrs. Radha Ramani, a Woman Director would be an Independent Director on the Board.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2015, designated Sri M. Ramprabhu, Chartered Accountant, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
