Barak Valley Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un -audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended December, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the "Trading Window" of the Company for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company shall be closed from February 04, 2016 and none of the Directors/ Promoters/ Officers/ Designated Employees shall deal in the Equity shares/securities of the Company till February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive) on account of consideration of Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended December 31, 2015.
