Barak Valley Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company both consolidated and standalone for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and to consider any other matter with the permission of the chair.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has decided that the trading window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company shall be closed from May 21, 2015 and none of the Directors/ Promoters/ Officers/ Designated Employees shall deal in the Equity shares/securities of the Company till June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive).
