With reference to the captioned matter and Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 'the listing regulations', this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the 11th Day of August, 2017 inter-alia to consider and approve the Un -Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2017 and to consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair and majority of Board of Directors.<BR> As per the BVCL Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Equity shares by the Directors/ Promoters/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company shall be closed from 3rd August 2017 till 16th August 2017 (both days inclusive) on account of consideration of Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2017.<BR> <BR>
