Bartronics India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 20, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 along with Limited Review Report for the same.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from January 16, 2015 to January 22, 2015 (both days inclusive).
