With reference to Increase in Price, Bartronics India Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<BR><BR>"The Company has been complying with all the relevant clauses of the listing agreement in respect of the disclosures/intimations from time to time. We also confirm that, at present, there is no specific event/announcement/price sensitive information in the Company, which is required to be disclosed with the Stock Exchanges as per the listing agreement and have a bearing on the price behavior in the scrip."
