Bartronics India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. along with Limited Review Report for the same.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from August 10, 2015 to August 14, 2015 (both days inclusive).
