Bartronics India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the period ended March 31, 2015 along with Audit Report for the same.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from May 04, 2015 to May 15, 2015 (both days inclusive).
