Appointment of Mr. C. Prakash Ramaiah as Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. February 12, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Acceptance of resignation of Mr. A. Subrahmanyam as Nominee Director as per the EXIM bank Letter dated February 10, 2014.
