| We wish to inform you that in terms of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 31st July, 2017 at 11.30 a.m. at Azure Room, 'The Chambers', The Taj Mahal Palace, Apollo Bunder, Colaba, Mumbai- 400 001 to consider and approve, interalia, the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.<BR> <BR> Please note that as required under Regulations 33(3)(a) and 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the said unaudited financial results, if approved by the Board, will be sent to you after the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
