Bata India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016 recommended a dividend of Rs. 3.50 per equity share of Rs. 5/- each of the Company (i.e., 70%) and fixed the date of the 83rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 04, 2016.<BR><BR>The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the aforesaid AGM will be paid from August 18, 2016 onwards.<BR><BR>The Board Meeting held on May 30, 2016 was commenced at 2:00 p.m. and concluded at 5:40 p.m.
