Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. on May 15, 2017 have recommended dividend of Rs. 3.50 per equity share of Rs. 5/- each fully paid-up of the Company (i.e.70%) for approval by the Shareholders at the 84th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 18, 2017. The dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the aforesaid AGM will be paid from Friday, July 28, 2017 onwards. The Board Meeting commenced at 2:15 P.M.and concluded at 4:10 P.M. today.
