Bata India Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Insider Trading in accordance with Schedule B and Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges, the 'Trading Window' of the Company will remain closed from October 20, 2015 to November 06, 2015, for consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter ended September 30, 2015 (Q2) at the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 04, 2015.<BR><BR>Please, therefore, take on record the period of Closure of Trading Window of the Company from October 20, 2015 to November 06, 2015 (both days inclusive).
