Bata India Ltd has informed BSE that In terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company to regulate, monitor and report Insider Trading in accordance with Schedule B and Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' of Bata India Limited ('the Company') will remain closed from January 25, 2017 to February 11, 2017 (both days inclusive), for consideration of and approval to the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2016 at the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on February 09, 2017.<BR><BR>Therefore, the period of Closure of Trading Window of the Company from January 25, 2017 to February 11, 2017 (both days inclusive).
