Bata India Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Insider Trading in accordance with Schedule B and Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges, the 'Trading Window' of the Company will remain closed from July 21, 2015 to August 07, 2015, for consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2015 at the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on August 05, 2015.<BR><BR>The period of Closure of Trading Window of the Company from July 21, 2015 to August 07, 2015 (both days inclusive).
