In terms of the Code of Conduct of Bata India Limited (the Company') to regulate, monitor and report Insider Trading, this is to inform that the Trading Window' for trading in the shares of the Company, in any manner, will remain closed from Sunday, April 30, 2017 to Wednesday, May 17, 2017 (both days inclusive), for consideration of the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2017 and recommendation of declaration of dividend, if any, at a Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 15, 2017.
