Bata India Ltd has informed BSE that in compliance with the requirements of SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to the SEBl Circular dated May 11, 2015, the Company confirm that the Board of Directors of the Company had adopted the following Code, to be applicable w.e.f. May 15, 2015:-<BR><BR>1. Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.<BR><BR>2. Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Insider Trading.<BR><BR>A copy of the "Code of Practices and Procedure for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" is enclosed.
