Bata India Ltd has given clarification, with respect to a news article "Crocs sues bata, other for design infringement" published in "The Times of India" on December 23, 2014<BR> <BR>"In this context, we would like to inform that the subject matter is presently sub-judice before the Honble Delhi High Court and hence, we would not like to comment thereon. However, this is a routine operational litigation and the outcome thereof has no material impact on the business operations of the Company.<BR><BR>In compliance with the provisions of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges and the Guidance Note issued by the stock exchange in this regard, we will promptly notify all price sensitive information and disclose event, if any, which will materially impact the business operations of the Company."
