Bata India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that the Board will consider, inter alia, recommendation of Dividend on Equity Shares of Rs.5/- each fully paid-up, for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 at the aforesaid Board Meeting.
