With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 30, 2014 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, Bayer CropScience Ltd has now informed BSE that there was some typographical error in the said announcement. The said announcement should be read as follows:<br/><br/>"Bayer CropScience Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2014, approved the following changes in the composition of the Board:<br/><br/>1. Mr. Stephan Gerlich ceased to be the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Company and also as a member of the Board of Directors with effect from closing hours of January 31, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Mr. Richard van der Merwe appointed as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Company with effect from February 01, 2014."
