Ambit Corporate Finance Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Buy back Offer") has submitted to BSE a Copy of Public Announcement ("PA") to the Equity Shareholders/ beneficial owners of the Equity Shares of Bayer CropScience Ltd ("Target Company") for buy back of Equity Shares through Tender Offer.<BR><BR>This PA is being made pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 8(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy back of Securities) Regulation, 1998 ("Buyback Regulations") for the time being in force including any statutory modifications and amendments from time to time and contain the disclosures as specified in Part A of Schedule II to the buyback Regulations.
