Bayer CropScience Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2014, the following changes in the composition of the Board were approved:<br/><br/>1. Mr. Stephan Gerlich ceased to be the Vice Chainnan and Managing Director of the Company and also as a member of the Board of Directors with effect from closing hours of January 30, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Mr. Richard van der Merwe appointed as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Company with effect from February 01, 2014.
