Beckons Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2014, inter alia, has resolved the following:<br/><br/>1. To recommend the Reduction of Share capital.<br/><br/>2. Decided the structuring/ re-structuring of business including merger and demerger of the existing business of the Company.<br/><br/>3. To constitute Committee of Directors to appoint the Valuer, Professional and Merchant Banker to determine the Exchange Ratio and for providing professional services to the Company.
