| Beckons Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2014, inter alia, to take note of the following agenda items :<br/><br/>1. To take on record the Quarterly Compliances for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To appoint the women director as per Clause 49 (IIA) of the Listing agreement.<br/><br/>3. To re-appoint the director(s).<br/><br/>4. To take on record the Director's Report.<br/><br/>5. To close the Register of Members.<br/><br/>6. To decide the day, date and time to call the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and to take note of all the other necessary requirements to conduct such AGM.<br/><br/>7. To take on note any other activity as placed before the Board. | |
