Bedmutha Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, has consider the following;<BR><BR>1. Approved the re-appointment of Ms. Swati Ware & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2016-17.<BR><BR>2. Approved the ratification of the appointment of M/s.Patil Hiran Jajoo & Co., Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2016-17 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
