Resignation of Ms. Aditi Bhavsar from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance officer w.e.f. February 11, 2016.<BR><BR>4. Appointment of Mr. Alok Singh as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. February 11, 2016.
