BEML Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016 and also to consider and recommend dividend, if any, for the year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of BEML Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, 2015', the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company which remains closed from March 02, 2016 will be re-opened on May 31, 2016.
