BEML Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 22, 2014 to September 18, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 18, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, E-voting on https://evoting.karvy.com would commence from 9.00 A.M. on September 12, 2014 and end at 5.00 P.M. on September 14, 2014 for facilitating the members to vote all the resolutions to be passed at the Annual General Meeting scheduled on September 18, 2014.
