With reference to the news item appeared in the Times of India on April 23, 2015, title BEML Pops up in Ore Export Scam, <BR>BEML Ltd has clarified to BSE that the following :<BR><BR>- "It is clarified that a Writ Petition by way of PIL on Iron Ore Export by BEML was heard by Honble High Court of Karnataka and it was dismissed with a cost of Rs. 5000/- on the petitioner during August 2014.<BR><BR>- Further it is informed that, since 12.02.2012, Iron Ore export has been discontinued by BEML".
