BEML Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015 and also to consider and recommend dividend, if any, for the year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from May 15, 2015 to May 31, 2015 (both days inclusive) and the designated employees shall not deal in the securities till the opening of the trading window which shall be 24 hours after the results are made public.
