Benares Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2015, has formulated and/adopted the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and also the Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices in terms of Regulations 8 and 9 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular dated May 11, 2015, of the Company.<BR><BR>The Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices is enclosed herewith and has also been uploaded on the Companys website, as required.
