Benares Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 03, 2016, inter alia, to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of the Trading Window from March 25, 2016 till - May 05, 2016 and that the Trading Window shall open on May 06, 2016 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the financial results are made public.
