Benares Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 20, 2014 to September 02, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on August 28, 2014.<br/><br/>The Dividend as recommended by the Director for the year ended March 31, 2014, if passed at the Meeting, will be made payable on or after September 08, 2014.
