Bengal & Assam Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to approve the audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015 including recommendation of Dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 23, 2015. The Trading Window shall reopen 48 hours after the said audited Financial Results are made public.
