Bengal & Assam Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the followings;<BR><BR>- The Company has paid an Interim Dividend of Rs. 10/- per share (100%) during the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016. The Board has recommended the said Interim Divided as Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16.<BR>
