Bengal & Assam Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 15, 2015 to September 24, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 24, 2015.<BR><BR>The Dividend on Equity Shares, if declared by the members at the 68th Annual General Meeting of the Company, scheduled to be held on September 24, 2015, will be credited/dispatched by October 23, 2015.
