Best and Crompton Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had intimated that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company would be held on August 14, 2014 to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter year ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The Company has now informed that, as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Independent Director could not be present due to unavoidable circumstances, the said Board Meeting has been adjourned. The revised date of the Meeting will be communicated separately.
