BGR Energy Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Financial year ended March 31, 2015 and the quarter ended on that date. <BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that as per the code of conduct of insider trading regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all insiders of the Company from May 16, 2015 and May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive).
