BGR Energy Systems Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20(3) (vii) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 the Company has fixed August 15, 2014 as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of shareholders to cast their vote electronically in respect of the business to be transacted at the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 25, 2014.<br/><br/>The Company shall be, accordingly, sending the communication for e-voting to its members, whose names appear on the Company's Register of Members on August 15, 2014.
