BGR Energy Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, has re-appointed the incumbent Joint Managing Director Mr. V. R. Mahadevan for a term of 2 years with effect from June 01, 2015. This is subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing general meeting of the Company.
