Bhageria Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been called on February 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from January 25, 2017 to February 13, 2017 (both days inclusive).
