Bhagwati Autocast Ltd has informed BSE that the next Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 24, 2016, to transact following businesses:<BR><BR>- To consider and to take on record the Audited Annual financial results of the Company & the quarter ended on March 31, 2016 in the terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Director(s) and Designated Employee(s) of the Company will remain closed from May 16, 2016 to May 26, 2016 (Both days inclusive).
