Bhagwati Autocast Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. Approved internal code of Conduct & Code of Practices & Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.<BR><BR>2. Board Recommended Dividend of 5% i.e. Rs. 0.50 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for 2014-15.
