Please take note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 18th May, 2017 at the Board Room, 5th Floor, Surya Towers, S.P. Road, Secunderabad 500 003, inter alia to consider the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2017. Further, as per Bhagyanagar India Limited - Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees (Sr.Manager and above), including Directors and such other employees of the Company who is in possession of any unpublished price sensitive information, irrespective of their designation, from 13th May, 2017 to 19th May, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of the audited financial results for the Quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2017.
