Bhagyanagar India Ltd has informed BSE that as per Bhagyanagar India Limited - Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees (Sr. Manager and above), including Directors and such other employees of the Company who is in possession of any unpublished price sensitive information, irrespective of their designation, from November 03, 2014 to November 13, 2014 for the date of declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on September 30,2014.
